Pharmacuetical companies are going state to state to lobby for stricter vaccine laws and are making progress. It is important we know what our state exemption laws and fight to keep them. Currently, Arizona allows for a medical, religious and philosophical exemption. We must fight to keep the philosophical exemption. Back east they are holding sincerity interviews for the religious exemption and medical doctors are being threatened with with loss of licensure it making the medical exemption hard to get. Also, the medical exemption will only protect you from certain vaccines since you can almost never get a blanket medical exemption.
Take the time to educate others. We need to fight to keep our right of choice to vaccinate. To do that we need to educate our friends and family. Do your part and share your stories. We can not afford to be silent anymore!
Did you know that we require 48 shots from birth to kindergarten.
We mandated chickenpox vaccine even when a Japanese study that showed it would wear off by age 7.
